Logan Basic

Dr. Nutter is a certified Logan Basic practitioner.  The Logan Basic Technique is based on light, sustained force exerted against a specific contact point on the sacrum at the base of the spine. This technique uses the muscular structure surrounding the sacrum as a lever system for balancing the entire structure of the spine. Specific segments along the spine are adjusted while the contact point is being held. The adjustment takes 3-5 minutes and the amount of force is no more than the level of finger pressure that can be tolerated on a closed eyelid. Logan Basic is one of the lowest force adjustment techniques. We use this technique on all infants and small children at We Care Chiropractic.  This technique does not require x-rays prior to treatment.
