Meet the Doctor

Phillip E. Nutter, DC

Dr. Nutter was born and raised in Plum Borough and graduated from Plum High School in 1979. He started his post graduate studies and initiated his chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 1982 and went on to graduate in 1985 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. He has owned and operated We Care Chiropractic Center in the Plum Borough / Penn Hills area of Pittsburgh since 1985.  The primary goal of We Care Chiropractic is to achieve wellness as quickly as possible.  There are no long term treatment plans.  The average treatment plan is only 4-6 visits to wellness.  After being pain free, Dr. Nutter releases the patient to return as needed.  Dr. Nutter works with PCP's (family physician), orthopedic surgeons, and pain specialists to ensure effectiveness of care.  It is his opinion that an integrative approach to care is essential in the 21st century.
