Meet Dr. Phillip Nutter

Dr. Phillip Nutter, a native of Plum Borough, graduated from Plum High School in 1979. He began his journey in chiropractic care at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 1982, earning his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1985.

Dr. Nutter has been proudly serving the Plum Borough / Penn Hills community in Pittsburgh since founding We Care Chiropractic Center in 1985.

A Patient-Centered Approach to Wellness

At We Care Chiropractic Center, the primary goal is to help patients achieve wellness as quickly as possible.

• No long-term treatment plans are required.
• The average treatment plan consists of just 4–6 visits to reach wellness.
• Once patients are pain-free, they are released to return only as needed.

Dr. Nutter believes in an integrative approach to care, working closely with:
